Other features

There are many other day-to-day tasks that your PhysioPulse website can simplify. There are just as many little features that will make your website visitors feel at home.

Appointment requests

Your PhysioPulse website has a built in appointment request form. Visitors can easily request a new appointment using this form. Details of the request include preferred date and time, and are emailed to your reception. These requests are also stored in your Admin Console, in case you have missed the emails. Your receptionist can then confirm details with the patient.

Enquiries

Sometimes online enquiry forms are the preferred method of first contact for some people, rather than picking up the phone. It is also a useful for visitors to make enquiries during after hours. As with the appointment requests, these enquiries are emailed to your reception and stored in your Admin Console.

Send to friend

Your PhysioPulse website will have a lot of useful content and your visitors may find articles of particular relevance to a someone they know. Every page on your PhysioPulse website has a link at the bottom that facilitates visitors to send the page address to a friend easily. The recipient will receive an email with a clickable link direct to that page. This is a great way for spreading the word on your website, with no effort on your behalf.

Business contact details and hours

Your clinic address, telephone number and business hours are among the most common pieces of information visitors will want to find quickly. Your PhysioPulse website makes it easy for you to update and display this information prominently.

Website search

A well thought-out navigational system and menu are great to help visitors get to pages they are interested in. When there are many pages on your website, some visitors will prefer to use a search form instead. These are built into every PhysioPulse website.

Social sharing

Twitter, Facebook, Digg... You've heard of these amongst the "social media" hype. Whether you are into it or not, many visitors are. Your PhysioPulse powered website facilitates visitors to share links that they have found on your website to their networks. This all helps to increase awareness of your website and get new visitors.

Twitter feeds

If you have a twitter account, you can embed your latest "tweet" into your website. Twitter can be a great tool for online marketing and relationship building. There are some dos and don'ts but it's all pretty easy to pick up. Again, we provide the tools, and make it simple if you would like to try it out. You can read more about how twitter can help your business in our own blog. You can also follow our twitter feed and stay up to date with news, offers and ideas.

Patient testimonials

Your PhysioPulse website makes it easy to collect patient testimonials and showcase them nicely. Simply add each new testimonial via your Admin Console – everything else is taken care of.

Gallery

Visitors love photos – whether of your clinic, staff or the last social event. Your PhysioPulse website makes it easy to upload, sort and display your photos in an attractive gallery.

Online paperwork

You can upload paperwork such as your new patient forms and surveys to your website. Providing paperwork online helps reduce the time of first visit required, increasing practice capacity. They can also contain useful information about your practice such as contact details, location map and the name(s) of the physiotherapists.

You could easily guide a caller over the phone to visit your website and download a form prior to coming in – where they can also learn about your practice and be better informed about your treatments. The patient has time at leisure to fill in these forms, reducing likeliness of missing any information that they should provide (such as their family GP details and health history). The freedom from clipboards and time pressure alone would be helpful.

Easy printing

Your PhysioPulse website will have a lot of useful content which will educate and interest your visitors. If you've ever printed a web page, you may have found that it is less than optimal, since web pages are generally formatted for viewing on-screen. However, PhysioPulse websites are also optimised for printing; menus, banners, login forms and other page furnishings will not be on the printed page since they are irrelevant.

In addition, the printed page will contain your logo, a header and footer with your website and clinic details – so the every reader knows where the page came from.
