Every PhyioPulse website comes with our Admin Console. This enables you to manage your contents, members, blog posts, mail broadcasts, newsletters, patient testimonials and a lot more. Best of all, we've made it so easy to use. You can check out what new pages have been added to the content libraries before they are available publicly to your website visitors; if necessary you can then turn these pages off or edit them to your liking. You can enable various features like your online appointment form or your twitter feed. Just about all functions and features of your website can be easily controlled from your Admin Console. New content research & distribution

Each month, we research, plan and prepare new content for our content libraries. When new content is added, your PhysioPulse website automatically has access to the new pages. However, to give you time to take a look and verify that you are happy to have the new pages added into your website, you will have a week to review the new material before it is made available publicly on your website. You can disable or edit the page before it "goes live". Many pages distributed to your website from our content library will contain customised passages using your business name, suburb name or phone number.

When new content is added to your website via the content libraries, your members will also receive news of the new pages via the monthly newsletter that we send on your behalf.

Search Engine Optimisation

We understand how search engines work and know how to prepare your website accordingly. We don't risk "tricking" the search engines, because they are too smart for that and any attempt of trickery will likely blacklist a website altgether. Making your website relevant to the search term "physiotherapy" alone is unlikely to bring practical results; even specific searches such as "accident rehabilitation" or "back pain" will return millions of results; managing to get your website to list in the top 0.1% may mean that it ends up on page 1,000.

However, search optimising for the words "physiotherapy" and a city name or suburb, such as "physiotherapy Essendon" is a different story. This makes sense, since users will be most likely looking for a local clinic and we leverage on this for a start.

All of the URLs (addresses of the pages in your website) and contents of your website are optimised according to a logical set of keywords to give as much exposure as possible through search engines. Our platform has been designed for this from the start. We enable you to edit the page titles and descriptions to give maximum exposure to search engines. We can guide you on how best to write and prepare your own pages (e.g. "about us") so that these are well optimised for search engines.

Weekly updates

Your home page will contain a selection of "featured articles". These are selected at random each week from the "Physiotherapy Today" and "Member Articles" content libraries. This helps to keep your home page fresh, even if nothing else is changed on your website for a week.

Hosting & email

Hosting is the service that allows websites to be available for access on the Internet. It is included with your PhysioPulse website. We utilise reliable servers to ensure that your PhysioPulse website is available and fast.

Your PhysioPulse hosting also provides email accounts (such as info@yourphysiopractice.com.au). We can guide you in setting up your computer so that you can send and receive your emails using your new email account.

System monitoring & upgrades

Besides preparing regular new content, we are constantly improving our services and features. So your PhysioPulse website will receive free upgrades and maintenance as a part of your service. Your website is wired to notify us automatically if and when there are errors. In most cases we will isolate and fix any technical errors before you even notice them.

Unlimited support

We aim to keep you as a long term client, and ensure that you never feel alone in the time of need. Though we give you all the tools to be self proficient, there may be times when you may need guidance, or simply someone to handle the task for you. For example, you may want us to update your clinic's contact details, or turn off certain pages of content that are not relevant to your clinic. You may just require technical assistance in setting up a new email account on your office PC or removing the details of one of your members from your database.
