If you don't find your answer here, you can use the form on the right to ask us.
Your PhysioPulse website comes jam packed with features and interactivity designed to stimulate interest, build relationships and encourage a healthy lifestyle - thereby helping you attract new, qualified patients, encourage referrals and increase the amount of time and money your patients spend with you. Your website will be content-rich to engage your visitors and position you as an authority in your field. It works hard to rank well in major search engines to be found by people looking for your services in your area. Soon people near you are finding your website and making enquiries.
While education is the key for gaining recognition, trust and credibility in the eyes of your website users, memberships, regular communication and interactivity ensures that your prospective patients do not forget about you. This is perfect for retention of patients as well as gaining new ones.
There are many features (such as blogs, newsletters, email-to-friend forms, social sharing and more) for you to choose from, switch on and see what works for you without a major investment in money.
Normally, when a small business website is launched, all you are likely to have as ongoing fees are your hosting charges. However PhysioPulse physiotherapy websites offer a website maintenance and interaction platform that does so much more. We take care of all the stuff you don't want to touch with a stick, so you can go about your business and take care of your patients.
Your monthly fee includes:
That is great! It means that you may already have an established presence with search engines. You simply keep your existing domain name (e.g. yourbusiness.com.au). It is a simple process to transfer this to point to our web servers, where your new PhysioPulse website will be hosted.
We will organise to move existing content (from your old website) if you wish to do so. We will create your email accounts and help you configure your office computers so that you can receive your emails properly.
Once your new PhysioPulse website is launched, you can cancel your old hosting account - your hosting fees are included in your monthly service fees with us, so there is a saving right there.
We've kept our pricing incredibly low, considering what you get! You could pay several thousand dollars for a web designer to produce a website for you, which will do nothing for your business. Then you would babysit it and spend considerable resources just to keep it fresh. You may even need to pay someone to make the most basic of updates, beg for support, and pay monthly hosting fees to boot.
Our start-up costs are very low and we have highly affordable monthly service fee (see above question) to take care of just about everything, so you can rest easy.
No, and there is a good reason.
When it comes to your website, other clinics in your general region are not really your competition – it is the misconception and ignorance that the public has about health and what it takes to remain healthy. Through educational content, visitor interactivity and communication, a PhysioPulse website aims to create advocates of physiotherapy and fans of your practice.
Also, although many physiotherapy clinics offer similar services and treatments, many specialise in certain fields and services. This will mean that the content available on one clinic's PhysioPulse website would likely be different to another's, since your Admin Consle makes it possible to turn off content that is not applicable to your clinic.
If the public was better educated and had a more positive attitude towards their wellbeing, wouldn't it make your life easier? Our aim is to improve retention and increase referrals and repeat visits for you, while making the world a little better.
PhysioPulse websites can be up and running in as little as a week. However if you require any optional inclusions such as design customisation, it can take longer.
Delivery time will also depend on how quickly you can supply the material need from you, so that we can set up your website.
No, we serve Physiotherapy clinics from all English-speaking countries. However please note that our content libraries are prepared in Australian (U.K.) English. There may also be few minor differences in terminology.
But that being said, you have full control over each page of content we provide, so you can make just about any change you like.
Simply download our Service Agreement, fill it out and fax back to us. There is more information on our getting started page.
We are offering you a website service, not just a website handover. We understand that if we look after you and offer tremendous value, we will be friends for a long time. So if you have any questions or require help with anything, just email us direct, use our online enquiry form or call us on 1300 30 60 75. You will be surprised how quick we respond.
While all PhysioPulse websites utilise the same platform, content syndication, back-bone and functionality, they can all look quite different.
We have a growing number of design templates for you to choose from. Use of design templates ensures that you get a "proven" layout, that is user friendly and integrates well with the features we offer. It also means that you know what your website will look like from the outset (i.e. no surprises).
For an added fee, we are able to customise the colour scheme of your selected template. Optionally, we can design and develop a unique custom design template for you, which will not be offered to any other PhysioPulse client; it will be designed in consultation with you by our professional designers to reflect your unique business personality.
Of course. It would be pretty silly if you couldn't.
If you don't have a logo, you can license one of our stock logos for a small fee. We will even colour it up to your taste and give you the artwork so you can use it in business cards etc.
Our "Physiotherapy Today" and "Member Articles" content libraries are prepared by professional copywriters experienced in the field. There are many categories and pages of content from which you can select for inclusion into your website. You would obviously want to exclude pages that are not relevant to your practice (e.g. you may not offer Pilates).
The pages that you do include in your website from our content libraries are partially customised with your practice name, suburb or main contact person's name (as suited). Furthermore, they can be wholly edited to your liking.
Good question. Our content libraries are prepared to be widely applicable yet specifically informative. Our content syndication platform pushes new content to all of our subscribers' websites. However the information is merged with your practice details (e.g. your practice name, main contact person's name or phone number). Also you have full control over any content and image edits that you may like to make. So pages can be quite different from one of our client websites to the next.
As physiotherapy clinics differ in their service and treatment offerings, various PhysioPulse websites are likely to use a different mix of contents. For example, if you don't offer hydrotherapy, you can simply disable these contents from your website altogether.
You can add as many of your own pages as you like. These will obviously be unique and have no replication issues. We also ensure that the web-addresses of your contents are encoded in a special manner (accoding to Search Engine Optimisation techiques) to assist searchers find you as a localised search result (e.g. search for the term "physiotherapy Essendon").
Of course. We provide you with an easy-to-use Admin Console from where you can add or edit any content page (including images and text), disable specific pages or entire setions of content from your website. You can do this whenever you need and it will not cost you anything to use.
The content is prepared to be widely-applicable, yet specific enough to be informative. However if you don't agree with portions, simply edit them out - or disable the pages or entire sections altogether. You have the ultimate control.
We aim to be discrete. All newsletters, emails, membership verifications etc will be sent from an email account at your domain name (such as info@yourbusiness.com.au).
Sure. Just use your PhysioPulse Admin Console to upload any images/banners and include them onto the relevant pages using the content editor.
This is a good way to highlight offers to your visitors. Our designers can produce custom banners for you if you require them.
Members are those visitors who have registered with your website to receive notifications and gain access to the members only content sections of your website.
Any visitor can become a member of your website in less than a minute by filling a simple online form and then verify their membership request by clicking on a link sent to them in an email. This prevents nasty people from registering unsuspecting people to your website and getting them upset.
If you have an existing email list that you have collected over time, we can import it straight into your members database. You can also sign up members to your website straight in your clinic - simply tell them about it and ask if they would like to be added. You can then add them directly into the database from your PhysioPulse Admin Console, bypassing the verification process.
We prepare newsletters monthly, to inform your members of the new content added to your website (via the content libraries). The newsletter aims to intrigue the readers and invite them back to your website for a repeat visit thereby keeping you in contact with them.
We will send you a copy of the newsletter a few days in advance so that you may view the new contents that will be added. This way you can familiarise yourself with the new material and make any modifications to the content if required, before it is live on your website..
The added pages will become available at your website and menus at a later time, when the newsletter gets sent out to your members. Your patients may have a few questions to ask you related to these, which shows that they are interested and are learning.
Sure. Using your PhysioPulse Admin Console, simply enter a subject and your message then click send. The message will be sent to all of your verified members. You can do this as many times as you like, and it is just perfect for monthly specials, other promotions, change of hours or contact details etc.
Yes. Every member is required to "double opt-in" - which means that they will need to verify that they want to become a member by clicking on a unique link that we email them during registration. If this link is not clicked, then we know that the user probably provided someone else's or an invalid email address .
As a result, you know that every verified member has specifically requested to become a member, wants access to your website and receive inforamtion and newsletters from you.
If a member no longer wants to receive communication from you, de-registration / unsubscription is easy.
We've made it super easy for you to start and maintain a blog at your website. Your blog posts are searchable, RSS feed enabled and make it easy for visitors to make comments. Our blogging module is not as well-featured as the industry standards such as WordPress, but we think this is a good thing; there's less to confuse you so you can focus on writing rather than learning to use the tool.
However if you have never blogged before, you should note that some commitment and thought is required for a successful blog.
Comments left on your website pages by visitors need to be approved first by you through your Admin Console, before they are visible on the page. This ensures that any inappropriate comments are filtered out.
Your Admin Console is the gateway to just about everything going on at your PhysioPulse website. You can manage your contents, members, mail-outs, blog posts, appointment requests and much more.
You can view some screenshots here.
No, hosting is included in your monthly service fee.
Yes.
No, we don't provide FTP access as this could compromise the security of our services.
If you want to cancel your PhysioPulse website service, we will disable your website. You maintain ownership of your domain name, in case you want to use it with another website later on.
We will cancel your email and hosting account from our servers. We recommend that you make prior arrangements to maintain continuity of your email accounts.
Please note that your use of our design templates and content libraries are under license whilst you are our client.
No, our service and website management platform are all integrated. If you want a stand-alone website, we can build one for you - but it won't have access to our content libraries and other integrated features.
